It is with great pleasure that we invite you to be a part of the 2020 IEEE BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium (BCICTS). After 39 years of the Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium (CSICS), and 32 years of the Bipolar/BiCMOS Circuit and Technology Meeting (BCTM), and after a successful debut in San Diego in 2018, and Nashville in 2019, this new larger combined symposium will be held Sunday November 7 to Wednesday, November 11 at the Marriott, Monterey, CA. BCICTs is the prime venue where distinguished experts present their latest results in bipolar, SiGe BiCMOS, and compound semiconductor circuits, devices, and technology. There are no other events in the world where you can see leading edge bipolar/BiCMOS devices and technology, 5G ICs, GaN HPAs, InP THz PAs, optical CMOS/SiGe transceivers, GaN HEMT power devices, and advances in compact modeling all presented together. Topics span process technology, device advances, TCAD modeling, compact modeling to IC design and testing, high-volume manufacturing, and system applications. BCICTS will also feature the very latest results in RF/microwave, millimeter-wave, THz, analog mixed signal, and optoelectronic integrated circuits. The BCICTS technical program consists of multiple-track paper sessions supplemented by short courses and primer courses on current topics with plenty of refreshments and social events. As a complement to the technical program, we will also hold a two-day technology exhibition. Like its predecessors, BCICTS is known for its friendly, relaxed settings where participants can interact and network.

As an exhibitor at BCICTS, we can assure you of a highly receptive and informed community of technical experts who appreciate the opportunity to interact face-to-face with vendors on both a technical and a business level. Given the highly advanced nature of their work, our attendees are demanding in terms of their product requirements, are early adopters, and are very influential in the BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor communities and beyond. The BCICTS Exhibition features vendors offering various products and services including:

  • Computer aided design tools
  • Simulation and modeling software
  • Semiconductor components
  • Packaging
  • Specialty semiconductor materials (epitaxy, substrates, high purity gases and related compounds)
  • Manufacturing equipment including photolithography, etch, thin films, ion implantatio
  • Wafer surface analysis and metrology equipment and services
  • High frequency test and characterization
  • Technical publications and industry intelligence
  • Foundry services for GaAs and related compounds as well as advanced BiCMOS silicon technologies
